Peterson, MAI, MBA, President, is an Illinois State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.  He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation.  Mr. Peterson also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Augustana College with majors in Business Administration and Psychology.  Mr. Peterson has been involved in appraising properties from as large as the Sears Tower to small retail and mixed use properties. He is the past chairman of the External Affairs Committee of the Appraisal Institute. He also actively invests in real estate including multi-family residential units, commercial properties, vacant land and Bed & Breakfast. Mr. Peterson is an avid runner and is the past president of the Evanston Running Club.  Qualifications Michael J.W. Halliburton, Vice President, is an Illinois, Indiana and Michigan State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. He has a B.A. in Anthropology from San Diego State University, with a minor in Mathematics. He has also studied Planning in the Urban & Regional Planning Program at the University of Oregon. Mr. Halliburton is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. He has skills in market analysis, feasibility, and the appraisal of income producing properties. He has completed appraisals in twenty states and in two Canadian Provinces. Mr. Halliburton also serves as a review appraiser.  Qualifications Gail Cooper, MAI, MST, Vice President Gail Cooper is an Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. She holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a member of the Institute’s Experience Review Committee and Appraisal Journal Review Board. Ms. Cooper holds a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Urban Planning from the University of Illinois–Champaign-Urbana and a Masters in Taxation from Northern Illinois University. She has prepared appraisals and appraisal reviews of industrial, commercial, residential, and special purpose properties throughout the continental United States, Mexico and Brazil. Consulting and special assignments include position papers for Section 1031 exchanges, financial reporting, and litigation support. Ms. Cooper is a contracted author with Libraries Unlimited, Greenwood Publishing, and the Appraisal Institute, and a former contributing editor of Warren, Gorham and Lamont’s Real Estate Accounting and Taxation.  Qualifications
